Schedule

Register events or schedules held in the Space so that participants can check them at any time or receive notifications when the schedule starts.

1. Please install the app in the Space where you want to install it.

2. You can add a schedule by clicking the [+] button on the upper right.

3. Participants can open the app and check the schedule at any time after adding a schedule.

1. [Repeat Schedule] If you enable the option, the schedule will repeat every day at the specified time.

2. [Schedule Notification] When the option is enabled, a notification will be displayed on the screen and in the chat for all users connected when the schedule starts.

3. [Reference Link] You can add links related to your schedule using .

   • If you enter a web address, a popup will appear at the scheduled start time, allowing all users to navigate to the corresponding link.

   • If you enter an image address, the image at the entered address will be displayed to all users at the scheduled start time.
