Space Data Verification Guide

 

Guide for the Data Dashboard Feature which is available starting from the Enterprise Plan.

Data dashboard is a feature provided in the Enterprise plan and enables users to see detailed information about their Space. Space visitors / visitors per map / chat count / object interactions / access platform data is provided.

Compared to Google Analytics, which is included in the Pro Plan, you can dig deeper into your data using our Data Dashboard. You don't have to go through any integration processes to collect data.

You can simply view and share the data you want directly from a single website link.

Easily measure the performance of your events with the ZEP data dashboard

  • Data is available for viewing after the Enterprise Plan is applied.  Data is not retroactively applied.

    • If you extend your plan or re-register, you can record and view your data again in the same Space Dashboard.

  • Data recorded today will be available the next day (tomorrow).

  • The Data Dashboard is only accessible to Space members with 'Admin' permissions or higher.

Dashboard features will continue to be updated based on feedback.

The number of visitors who accessed the Space will be recorded by period.

What is the difference between Uniques and Event Totals data?

Uniques : This is a method of counting events for each user only once, even if a single user triggers a certain event multiple times. (Example: 1 person enters 5 times → 1 Unique)

Event Totals : Sum of all event values including events that are triggered by the same user. (Example: 1 person enters 5 times → Event Totals 5)

The number of visitors who accessed the Map will be recorded by period.

View as Bar Chart?

If you view by bar chart, it makes it easier to make comparisons for each piece of data. In the case of visitors per Map, you can see which Maps have been visited by more users.

I only want to see data from the Map I choose .

Check the data you want to see in the table area at the bottom of the page. Only the data that is checked is exposed in the top chart area. You can select up to 20 pieces of data.

Total number of conversations in the Space Chat Window.

Chats are recorded separately for public chats outside the Private Area and for private chats within the PA.

Direct Messages between users are not recorded.

The number of times a visitor has interacted with an installed object within a Space.

For object interaction data, be sure to check out the following

  • When creating a Map, please enter the 'name' of the object you want the data to be recorded for in the Map Editor - [Object Settings] and save it.

    • If you don't want your object names to be visible to visitors, check the 'Hide Object Names' feature.

  • Note that objects with the same name are recognized as the same data.

  • If an object is renamed, the dashboard will have new data with the new name and the data for the object with the previous name will exist in the board.

The environment from which users connect to the Space. You can see which environments were accessed the most, PC(web) or mobile devices (web/ app).

Is the data provided 100% accurate?

In Spaces utilizing the Enterprise Plan, all data is collected in real-time to the server and is displayed in the ZEP Data Dashboard the next day. All the information provided on the ZEP Data Dashboard is officially available for use.

However, the network and device environment of Space visitors will affect how some data is measured and can result in slight margin of error. If you experience any issues with your data, please contact your ZEP representative and we'll get back to you.

Is the data available in real time?

Data in the Data Dashboard is collected on a daily basis (UTC + 9, 00:00 to 24:00), and you can see data up to the previous day.

Data recorded today will be available from 01:00 the next day (tomorrow).

Can I request specific data that is not available on the data dashboard?

If there's a specific feature you're looking for, please contact us via the 'Data Dashboard Inquiry' button.

How can I create a Data Dashboard?

Data Dashboard Inquiry and once your payment is complete a ZEP representative will send you a link to your Data Dashboard.

Is the data retroactive?

Data starts accumulating once you subscribe to the Enterprise plan so retroactive application is difficult.

If you extend your plan or re-register, you can record and view your data again in the same Space Dashboard.

What are the viewing permissions for the data dashboard?

The Data dashboard is only accessible to Space members with 'Admin' permissions or higher.

Is there a time period for which data is available in the dashboard?

  • Daily: You can view up to a maximum of 90 days

  • Monthly: You can view up to a maximum of 12 months

The Google Analytics connection feature is available with the Pro Plan.

By integrating with Google Analytics, you can track various metrics, including the number of visits by date, average retention time, and more, for users who accessed the Space.

Google Analytics

  1. After creating a Google Analytics account and property, follow these steps: Go to the lower left corner (setting) and click on "Admin." Then, select "Account," "Property," and "Data Streams." From there, you can find the Measurement ID that you need to copy.

  1. Go to your Space and open the Settings window. Click on the "Advanced" tab under Space Settings. Find the Google Analytics Intergration section and paste the measurement ID that you copied earlier from Google Analytics. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
