24. 12. 10 Pro Plan Feature Update & Addition of Video Box Options and PIP Mode

The Pro Plan has been upgraded with more powerful features.

The new features added to the Pro Plan are as follows:

With the change in app policy, all sidebar apps will now be upgraded to premium versions.

However, the number of sidebar apps that can be installed in a Space will be limited.

  • The previously locked Pro features in official apps are now unlocked, allowing access to all functions.

  • Pro and Enterprise plans can use official apps without any restrictions.

  • The number of official apps available to Free and Basic plans is limited to one.

Exceptions

Apps created with ZEP Script or purchased from the Asset Store can be installed regardless of the number of apps.

Special Benefits for Existing Customers

Existing customers on the Free or Basic plans who have installed multiple apps will be able to retain their current installations.

However, additional app installations are not permitted, and reinstalling deleted apps is also restricted.

These benefits will remain until the first half of 2025, after which they will expire.

The [Ride] and [Poke (All)], which were previously available through the Asset Store, have now been converted into official apps.

There is no need to reinstall the apps you had installed before, and your data will be retained.

  • Ride

  • Poke (All)

The [Data Dashboard], which was previously available only to Enterprise plans, will now also be accessible to Pro plans.

You can access the Data Dashboard from [Settings] > [Analytics] > [Data Dashboard].

Explore the Data Dashboard and check out useful Space data.
