25. 01. 03 WebRTC (Video/Audio/Screen Sharing) Update
During screen sharing, your video box will now appear even when your camera is turned off.
Previously, turning off the camera while screen sharing with the microphone active made it impossible to adjust the speaker’s microphone volume.
With this improvement, the speaker’s video box now appears, allowing mic volume adjustments.
When Spotlight is activated, a badge is displayed on the full screen video box, and the nickname color changes.
Additionally, the Spotlight icon and colors have been updated.
In both large and small video boxes, clicking on a nickname now links to the user’s profile.
On mobile devices, clicking the profile on the large video box displays a profile popup.
The volume icon in the large video box has been repositioned to the left.
The network status is now displayed on the entire screen while screen sharing.
When switching to another tab, the topmost Spotlight user’s screen automatically switches to PIP (Picture-in-Picture) mode.
(If PIP mode doesn’t activate, try moving the avatar once – in accordance with browser policies.)
When returning to the ZEP screen, PIP mode is automatically disabled. If you switch back to another tab, PIP mode reactivates.
(For PIP mode to reactivate, avatar movement is required again – in accordance with browser policies.)
