Screen Recording allows you to record screen sharing or video screens in a Space. Once the recording ends, the user who started the recording will receive a download link by email.
Screen Recording is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan. If you would like to use this feature, please contact us here.
When the recording ends, a download link will be sent by email to the user who started the recording. The download link is valid for 3 days from the date it is sent and can be downloaded up to 3 times.

You can now send and receive images and files in ZEP Chat and Messages (DM).
Sending images and files via Chat and Messages (DM) is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan. If you would like to use this feature, please contact us here.
You can share images or files in Space Chat and Messages (DM). Shared files can be viewed or downloaded directly from the Chat or Message window.
You can upload files by selecting the clip button or by dragging and dropping files, making it easier to share materials for event announcements, educational resources, support responses, and other operational needs.
Images: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, webp (up to 10MB)
Files: pdf, doc, docx, txt, xlsx, pptx, hwp, zip, md, csv (up to 25MB)
The same supported formats and size limits apply to both Chat and Messages (DM).
Images are automatically converted to WebP on upload to optimize file size.
