ZEP Maintenance & Updates (08/26/24)

Hello ZEP users,

We would like to inform you about the schedule for upcoming service maintenance and ZEP update.

• Maintenance Schedule: August 26th at 21:00 to 21:30 UTC (There is a possibility of early completion)

• Details: Server optimization and update

• User Impact: Some Spaces may automatically refresh.

In this update, the floor tile set will be updated.

The image on the left is the tile set before the update, and the image on the right is the tile set after the update.

You can scroll down to check the changes, and please note that the pre-installed tiles may change.

We will keep you updated on any changes or the completion of the maintenance.
