ZEP Pro Plan Major Feature Change Announcement

Hello. This is the ZEP team.

Please note that starting from the second week of December 2024, the ZEP Pro plan will be changed, so please refer to this when using the service.

Data dashboards will now be available on the Pro plan as well.

You can now use the data dashboard, which was previously only available with the Enterprise plan, with the Pro plan as well.

Try using the data dashboard without any additional application or payment in [Space Settings > Analytics].

You can easily check key map data such as the number of space visitors, visitors per map, chat frequency, and object interactions.

Pro plan users can install and use official apps provided by ZEP unlimitedly.

After this update, the Basic/Free plan will be changed to allow the use of only one official app. Therefore, if you want to continue using the existing official app, you need to upgrade to the Pro plan.

However, apps that you have created with ZEP Scripts or downloaded through the asset store can be used regardless of this policy.

Additionally, the existing asset store apps, the Ride app and the Poke app, will be changed to official apps after this update.

To use all ZEP official apps such as the Manager App, Stamp App, and Boarding App without restrictions, and to use the data dashboard that provides an overview of key Space data at a glance, upgrade to the ZEP Pro plan now!

If I'm not currently using the Pro Plan, will all the existing installed apps be deleted?

The apps installed in the existing space can continue to be used. This is a benefit for existing users, and the use and installation of apps will be limited to one in the first half of next year.

What happens to the installed apps if I switch from the Pro plan to the Basic/Free plan?

When you directly downgrade from the Pro plan to the Basic plan, or when the subscription period expires and changes to the Free plan, existing apps are not automatically deleted. However, you can use it only after deleting all apps until there is one official app left.
