The board owner can click the settings icon in the board header to open the settings panel.
When this is on, posts and comments wait for approval.
They stay hidden from other participants until the board owner approves them.
When you turn it off, all pending posts and comments are approved automatically.
Instead of approving pending posts and comments one by one, handle them all with the Approve all button.
When you reject a pending post or comment, it’s deleted right away.
Deleted items can’t be restored, so please check again in the confirmation window.
You can turn each of these on or off.
Writing permission: Posts — when off, even the board owner can’t write new posts
Writing permission: Comments — when off, even the board owner can’t write comments
Inappropriate Language Filter — automatically filters inappropriate language in posts and comments
Allow board copying — decides whether others can copy your board

The board owner can click the title in the header to change the title and icon.
Click the download icon in the board header, or open the settings panel and click Download CSV under Download to get posts and comments as a file.
One file includes the group name, post number, pinned status, author, title, body, links to attached images and files, like count, posting time, and each comment’s author, content, and time.
Boards with more than 10,000 rows of posts and comments combined may not be downloadable. In that case, we recommend splitting the board.
