Log In with a Student Code

Students without email addresses can still join your class without signing up for an account. Once you issue and distribute a unique "Student Code," students can log in instantly by scanning a QR code or entering the code manually.

Here is a quick guide: ① Create Student Codes → ② Distribute the Codes → ③ Student Login.

It is a student-specific login code that allows access to the class without an email account.

• Teachers can generate codes for the entire class at once.

• Students log in by entering the code manually or scanning the corresponding QR code.

• Up to 100 students can be registered per class.

Note: Students who already have email accounts can join directly using the "Class Code" instead of a Student Code.

1. Go to your class dashboard and click on the [Student Management] tab.

2. Click the [Add Student] button in the top right corner.

3. Select "Create and distribute Student Codes for students without email accounts (No sign-up required)."

4. Enter the number of students you want to add, then click [Create].

   • The newly created students will be added to your roster, and a unique Student Code and QR code will be generated for each student.

• Copy the Code: Click on the code in the Login Account column of the student roster to copy it to your clipboard.

• Copy the QR Code: Click the QR Icon next to the code to copy the QR code image.

• Print as Cards (Recommended): Click the [Printable File] button in the top right corner of the Student Management page. You can print handy cards containing each student's name, QR code, and Student Code (20 cards per A4 sheet). Simply cut them out and hand them to your students!

1. On the login screen, click [Log In with Student Code].

2. Choose one of the two methods:

   • Scan QR Code: Scan the QR code on the card using the device's camera.

   • Enter Student Code: Manually enter the code provided by the teacher and click [Log In].

3. Once verified, the student will automatically enter the class.

   • If a camera is unavailable, students can always log in by typing the code manually.

• Q. How many Student Codes can I create?

  • A. You can register up to 100 students per class.

• Q. What if a student loses their code?

  • A. You can check, copy, or reprint their code at any time from the Student Management page.

• Q. Do students with email accounts need a Student Code?

  • A. No. Students with email accounts can log in directly using the "Class Code."
