ZEP QUIZ offers three plans: Free, Basic, and Pro.

• Free: Offers basic features and can be used for free.

• Basic: Expands functionality at an affordable price.

• Pro: Provides unlimited access to all premium features.

No. Only the number of teachers creating quizzes is counted in the plan’s user limit.

On every plan, up to 200 students can join a quiz at the same time.

No. Sharing a single account among multiple users is not allowed under our policy.

If detected, the account will be suspended, and refunds will not be issued for purchased plans.

ZEP QUIZ is designed for convenient use in school environments, allowing an administrator account to manage multiple teacher accounts together.

Therefore, billing is based on the number of teachers. Individual teachers can purchase plans separately, but in that case, each teacher must handle their own payment and management.

The owner of a school or group plan can invite teachers up to the purchased number of members with Invite in Plan members on the left of the plan management screen.

To change or remove members, send a request with Change/delete on the same screen.

No. Each teacher account can only edit and manage the quizzes they create.

If you wish to use another teacher’s quiz, please copy it from the Explore tab before using it.

Quizzes that use maps or question types your current plan doesn’t include are locked and can’t be entered. Edit the quiz to use maps and question types available on your plan, and you can enter it again. For details, see the How to Unlock a Locked Quiz guide.

Paid features such as Continue to next quiz and AI question translation are also unavailable after your plan expires.

If you bought an individual plan yourself, you can change it right away in Manage plan from the profile menu at the top right.

• Extend: Extend the period of your current plan.

• Upgrade to Pro: Upgrade a Basic plan to Pro.

• Prepare: Buy the next plan in advance so you can keep using it after your current plan ends.

For school or group plans, or to add members, the plan owner can send a request with Contact us in Manage plan. Downgrading is not available.

If you received a voucher code, go to Manage plan → Voucher storage, click Register voucher, and enter the code.

Click Use on a registered voucher in the storage to start the plan right away.

A used voucher can’t be canceled, and you can’t use a voucher while a plan is active or a next plan is scheduled.

Yes! Teacher accounts get a 2-week free trial of the Pro plan when they sign up.

The trial is available once per account.

You won’t be charged automatically when the trial ends.

On the “Pricing” page, click Purchase on the plan you want. Enter the period, start date, and number of members, then pay.

PayPal payments are supported. You can log in to your PayPal account and pay with your linked debit or credit card, PayPal balance, or PayPal Credit.

In some countries, local payment methods are also available.

Prices may be shown in your local currency, but the payment is charged in USD.

Yes, both individuals and organizations can purchase a plan.

The plan activates immediately on the chosen start date after credit card payment.

No. ZEP QUIZ plans do not renew automatically.

To keep using your plan, click Extend in Manage plan, or buy your next plan in advance with Prepare.

You can choose 1–12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months.

Set the period and start date together under “Start date” on the payment information screen. The start date can’t be changed after payment.
