Click the + Write post button to add a post.
A title can be up to 100 characters, and the body up to 4,000 characters.
A single board can hold up to 500 posts.
You can upload up to 6 images per post.
(Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, webp / up to 20MB each)
You can upload 1 file per post.
(Supported formats: pdf, docx, pptx, xlsx, txt, hwp, mp4, mov, mp3, m4a, zip / up to 20MB)
PDFs and videos show a preview on the card, and you can click to view them larger inside the board.
Audio files can be played right on the card.
You can add a link in two ways.
Method 1. Use the link button
Click the link button at the bottom of the post window, enter the link, and click Confirm.
Method 2. Paste it
Paste the link directly into the title or body.
Either way, a preview card with a title and thumbnail is created automatically.
You can pick any color for a post card.
Click the like icon on a post card.
You can see how many people liked it and who they are in a list.
Students who aren’t logged in (guests) can also like and comment.
Type in the comment box below the post.
Each post can have up to 100 comments, and each comment can be up to 2,000 characters.
Click the More button on a post card to open the menu.
The board owner and the author can edit or delete posts and comments.
Only the board owner can pin an important post to the top or unpin it.
The board owner can click and drag a post card to change the order.
On boards with Require approval before posting turned on, posts and comments stay hidden from other participants until the board owner approves them. Anything the board owner writes appears right away, without approval.
You can delete your own pending comment even before it’s approved.
