It usually takes 4–7 business days after delivery for a package to be registered in the dashboard.
Please make sure your personal warehouse code (#) is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
If the code is obscured, registration may be delayed as it will be assigned based on email information.
※ For K-Address packages, customers must manually enter item details for the unboxing video to be generated.
