Can a store ship directly to the Albumbuddy warehouse?
Yes, it is possible. - Each user is provided with a dedicated warehouse address (K-Address). - Simply use that address when placing orders at stores. - Once the package arrives, you can check it in My Page and request shipment.How long does it take for a K-Address package to appear in the dashboard?
It usually takes 4–7 business days after delivery for a package to be registered in the dashboard. - Please make sure your personal warehouse code (#) is clearly visible on the outside of the package. - If the code is obscured, registration may be delayed as it will be assigned based on email information. ※ For K-Address packages, customers must manually enter item details for the unboxing video to be generated.I get a "Discrepancy" error when registering package information.
A discrepancy occurs when photocards or other inclusions are entered as text in the Description field. - Photocards must be registered as separate items with the category set to "Photocard" - POBs should also be registered as separate items - For free benefits (event photocards, etc.), a value of $0.50 USD per item is recommended. ※ If you cannot edit the information, please send the package number via chat.
