How to Check Your Payment History

To check your payment history, click on the profile button at the top right corner, then go to [My Page > Subscription Management > View Payment History].

How to Change Your Payment Card

You can change your CLASS101 recurring payment card by going to [My Page > Subscription Management > Manage Payment Methods]. In this menu, you can delete a registered card or add a new one. However, if you want to change the card for a payment that has already been processed, you will need to refund the course and make the payment again.

How to Request a Refund on CLASS101

Refunds for CLASS101 services can be requested through [My Page > Subscription Management]. Please note that "Cancel" is different from a refund; it simply prevents the subscription from renewing on the next billing date. Receipt Inquiry
