Items purchased through We Buy & Ship—including Bunjang and DK store orders—do not include international shipping fees at the time of purchase.
International Shipping Fees
International shipping fees are not included in We Buy & Ship orders, including those from Bunjang and DK store.
To estimate your shipping cost in advance, please use the Shipping Calculator available on the Delivered Korea website.
Some We Buy & Ship requests may show a domestic shipping fee even when the seller ultimately offers free domestic delivery. When the seller’s domestic shipping is confirmed as free (or lower than the amount collected), the unused amount can be issued as Delivered Korea (DK) credit, which can be used toward your international shipping payment.
If your request shows a domestic shipping fee but the product page indicates free domestic shipping, please complete payment first and share your Suite Number so the credit can be issued based on the confirmed domestic shipping total.
Address Registration
You do not need to enter your address or Suite number when placing We Buy & Ship orders, including Bunjang and DK store orders [Go to Shipping Address Registration]
Before submitting your shipping request, please log in to your Delivered Korea account and register your delivery address. You will be able to select your address during the international shipping request process.
Once your items arrive at our warehouse, you’ll need to submit a separate international shipping request and make the payment.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, the order status will be moved from the We Buy & Ship tab to the Warehouse tab. You can then submit your international shipping request from there.
If you’ve applied for optional services (e.g., Repackaging, Package Consolidation, etc.), please wait until the service is completed. Once it’s ready, your item will appear in the Option Complete tab, where you can request shipping.
We do not support domestic delivery within Korea.
If your package is already in our warehouse and you need delivery within Korea, domestic delivery is not available through Shipping Checkout. In limited cases, we may be able to assist as a one-time exception by sending a PayPal invoice for a USD 20 handling fee + USD 5 domestic shipping fee (USD 25 total). To proceed, please contact support with the recipient’s full name (in Korean), full Korean address, postal code, Korean phone number, and your PayPal email address. Because this is an exception outside our standard service scope, Delivered Korea cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or other issues during domestic transit.
However, direct delivery from the seller to your Korean (domestic) address is possible only for the normal We Buy & Ship service.This does not apply to Bunjang orders.In such cases, please note that we are not responsible for any issues related to item condition, damage during transit, or loss that may occur during domestic shipping.For services other than We Buy & Ship, domestic shipping is generally not available.
