Long-Term Storage of Returned or Hold Packages

Packages that remain in Returned or Hold status without a shipping request or return request after a certain period of time may be classified as Long-Term Stored Packages. To ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse and optimize storage capacity, Long-Term Stored Packages may be processed in accordance with this Policy. Important: Delivered Korea does not store Packages indefinitely. What Is a Long-Term Stored Package? A Package will be classified as a Long-Term Stored Package if it remai
