For bulky clothing (e.g., a single T-shirt), Repackaging is typically the best option to reduce unnecessary outer packaging and pack the item more efficiently where possible. If your item includes separate components (e.g., a photocard set) and you want them kept together with the main product, please write this clearly in your request notes so the warehouse can follow it during packing.

Removes the round tube case that holds posters in order to reduce shipping volume and save space.

Adds an extra layer of bubble wrap for enhanced protection of fragile items

Vacuum-seals soft, bulky items (like clothing, bedding, plush toys) to reduce package volume.
Only applicable for large, compressible items
If no items qualify, the service will not be cancelled, and no service fee will be charged.

Vacuum Packing is generally most effective when compressing multiple soft items (e.g., several clothing pieces). For a single T-shirt or a single light clothing item, it may not meaningfully reduce volume.
If the warehouse determines Vacuum Packing cannot be applied to your package(s) (e.g., item type/packaging is unsuitable), the request may be canceled and the Vacuum Packing fee will not be charged.
If Vacuum Packing was requested/paid but is later confirmed as not performed, compensation is a full refund of the Vacuum Packing fee plus additional compensation equal to 15% of the international shipping fee. You can choose to receive the total as a refund or as DK Credits.
Removes all Delivered Korea branding (stickers, cards, etc.) for clean, non-branded packaging—ideal for e-sellers shipping directly to customers.

If you need custom keep/remove instructions (e.g., keep a personally signed album plus photocards), use Premium Inclusion-Only. Standard Inclusion-Only does not accept custom instructions and may automatically remove albums/photobooks and other non-photocard items.
Upload clear reference photos and specify exactly what to keep/remove by item type (not by member). If your request is unclear, the warehouse may require confirmation before proceeding.
If the warehouse finds no items matching your removal request (e.g., no magazines/books are present), the Premium Inclusion request is canceled and no removal work is performed.
If removal still proceeds after warehouse review, a separate item removal handling fee may apply.
Removed/discarded items cannot be restored or added back into the package.
If you plan to request Parcel Consolidation afterward, apply for Inclusion-Only before submitting the Parcel Consolidation request.
