An Additional Handling Fee may apply when you request work that is not included in our standard services or in an optional service you have purchased.

Removing items or packaging materials
Repacking
Additional item or condition checks
Other requests outside the scope of our standard services

Battery removal may be treated as Additional Handling and is typically charged at USD 5 per package.
If an item is in an unopened package, we can remove the battery only after you authorize us to open the package.
If we are waiting for your decision, we may place the package on a temporary hold before processing.
