An Additional Handling Fee may apply when you request work that is not included in our standard services or in an optional service you have purchased.
The standard fee for Additional Handling is USD 5 per task.
Common examples include:
Additional photo requests
Removing items or packaging materials
Repacking
Additional item or condition checks
Other requests outside the scope of our standard services
※ If the requested work is already included in an optional service you purchased, no separate Additional Handling Fee will apply for that same work.
