To purchase a specific item (e.g., a photo card from a page with multiple listings), please leave us a message under 'Edit Options'.

  1. Select the item you wish to buy and click 'Buy Now'.

  1. Please click 'Edit Options' and enter the purchase details.

  1. Upload an image of the selected product and add any notes in 'Additional Requests'.

What ‘Price Adjustment’ means?

Sometimes a seller may request an additional payment for the item you selected. In this case, you may be asked to pay the difference.

  • Select ‘Yes’ if you agree to the updated price and any extra payment.

  • Select ‘No’ if you do not agree. If additional payment is required, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. (This also applies if no item is specified in a multi-item listing.)

For multi-item listings, please make sure to specify the exact product and set your Price Adjustment option. If you’re unsure of the price but agree to pay a difference, you can also write a maximum limit in the ‘Additional Request’ field, and we will process the order within that limit.

When orders are cancelled (regardless of price adjustment)

Our Global Order system does not support partial refunds. If the final price of the item is lower than the amount you paid initially (e.g. multi item payments), we will cancel the order and provide you with a new link at the correct price.
