Delivered Korea offers a proxy purchasing service that lets you buy Korean products and ship them worldwide.
With our Store feature, you can order items directly on our website without submitting a manual request.
In selected stores, you may also see Combined Shipping, which allows multiple items from the same store to be grouped into a single order.
Combined Shipping allows you to purchase multiple items from the same store within a single checkout.
All items are grouped into one Combined Shipping Order and will be displayed with a “Combined Shipping” tag at checkout.
Important
Combined Shipping refers to the order and payment structure at checkout
It is designed to help items from the same store be processed and shipped together where possible
However, this does not guarantee that items will be shipped together in a single package
Simplified OrderingCustomers can now place order for multiple items from the same store at once
Domestic Shipping EfficiencyDomestic shipping fees may be reduced depending on the store’s policy (e.g., free shipping thresholds)
Clear Order ManagementItems are grouped under one order, making tracking and management easier
Note: Warehouse storage policies apply separately based on actual package arrival.
In many cases, items from the same order may be shipped together. However, depending on the seller’s fulfillment process, item size, or quantity:
Items may be shipped in one or multiple packages
Each package will be registered separately in your [Warehouse] → [Received] tab
Delivered Korea does not control how sellers package or ship items.
If you order multiple items from the same store:
With Combined Shipping → Items are processed as one order
Without Combined Shipping → Each item are processed as a separate order
After arrival:
Items may be registered as one or multiple packages, depending on the seller
If you order items from different stores (e.g., Olive Young and daiso):
Each store will be processed as a separate Combined Shipping Order
Packages from each store will be registered separately
To ship them together: → Request Consolidation after all packages arrive
Combined Shipping is available only for selected stores on Delivered Korea’s website
Eligible orders will display the “Combined Shipping” tag at checkout
Available Stores:daiso, Olive Young, FANS, Ktown4U, Aladin (available stores may be updated)
Warehouse services (such as consolidation, repackaging, or international shipping requests) are available only after all items in a Combined Shipping Order reach “Received” status.
Partially Received → Services not available
Received → Services available
*While an order is in Partially Received status, storage fees will not be charged.
*If your order includes pre-order items, the entire Combined Shipping Order may take longer to complete, as pre-order items are typically shipped at a later date.
Orders are processed based on your selected Unavailable Item Preference:
Partial Refund → Only unavailable item(s) are refunded
Full Refund → The entire order is canceled and refunded
Coupons or promotional discounts are non-refundable.
