Parcel Consolidation

By applying for Parcel Consolidation, we combine your packages into a single box or into as few boxes as possible.

When to use:

You want to combine several packages.
You prefer to ship multiple packages under one tracking number and package ID.

We offer two service levels: KeepBox and Unbox. Details are as follows. (Package type does not matter, including envelopes)

Restrictions for both KeepBox and Unbox Services:
Please note that repackaging and consolidation requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or accommodate any additions or removals of packages once the request has been submitted. Once parcel consolidation is completed, packages cannot be reopened or repacked. Therefore, additional warehouse services such as vacuum sealing or tube removal will not be available afterward. For the Unbox option, our warehouse team will assess whether consolidation is beneficial. If it is determined that the package volume cannot be reduced, we will notify you and cancel the request. For KeepBox consolidation, we keep all your packages unopened and unsealed, then place them into a larger box so you can ship multiple orders at once. KeepBox is ideal for combining small packages and envelopes. Please note that depending on the sender’s packaging, some original boxes may be too large. In such cases, total package volume may increase after consolidation is completed. Once parcel consolidation is completed, cancellation due to this reason will not be possible. Therefore, we kindly ask you to proceed carefully before making the request. Depending on the original package sizes, items may be consolidated into one or multiple boxes. Our team will select the most suitable outer box for safe and efficient packing. When KeepBox is selected, only limited sub-services are available—specifically Plastic Box Request and Plain Package (B2B). Other options, such as Paper Tube Removal, Extra Bubble Wrap, and Vacuum Packing, are unavailable because the package cannot be opened.

The consolidation fee is waived only when you apply for a Keep Box consolidation. If you apply for consolidation via Unbox, the fee will be charged, even when consolidating Bunjang orders or general orders that were placed together in a single cart.

FAQ

Q: When requesting consolidation, can I apply Unbox to some packages and Keep Box to others?A: No, consolidation settings apply to the entire request, so you cannot choose different options for individual packages.
