How to Reset a Forgotten Password

  1. On the login page, click [Forgot Password]

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. You will receive a link to reset your password.

Password Reset Email Not Received?

Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're using the correct registered email.Still no email? Request it again or contact us via Chat support.

Setting a New Password

Follow the link in the email to set a new password.We recommend using at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols for better security.
