If a listing includes multiple items (or multiple versions), clearly write the exact item(s) you want (and quantity) in the Additional Info box, and upload reference images if needed.
Some multi-item listings are set up as “bundle-only” by the seller. In this case, individual items cannot be purchased separately, and the cart/checkout may reflect the full bundle.
If you need the seller to confirm availability or the exact total price first (for partial purchases or set purchases), request confirmation before paying by providing the listing link and the specific item(s) you want.

Bunjang orders are purchased at the price currently shown on the listing. If the displayed price is per item but you want the full set (or the listing total should be different), confirm the correct total price with the seller before you submit payment.
Once everything is filled out, proceed with payment to submit your order.
A Bunjang order number is generated only after checkout is completed through the product link, and a successful payment triggers an email confirmation with your order details. If support cannot locate your order, please re-check that you completed checkout using the same product link and review your email confirmation.
When your item arrives at our Korean warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification. Choose any optional warehouse services you need, then submit a shipping request and pay the international shipping fee.
For Bunjang Global orders, Delivered Korea can receive items shipped via GTS and half-price delivery, so your order will not be canceled due to these domestic shipping methods.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package ships. Use it to monitor your delivery status.
Orders must be placed through Global Bunjang by clicking Buy Now and selecting Delivered Korea as the proxy partner.
Purchases from Bunjang Korea are not supported, and we cannot create separate manual purchase orders outside the Global Bunjang flow.
Reserved (예약중), hidden, sold-out, or “not on sale” listings cannot be purchased. In these cases, we also cannot proceed with additional seller requests for that item.
Only one listing can be purchased per order form, and separate listings cannot be combined after submission (even if they are from the same seller). If you want to ask about combined domestic shipping, request it before paying.
Whether a listing is marked “sold” immediately after payment can vary by seller/listing, so it may not update right away.
We can contact the seller on your behalf for order-related questions (for example, to request additional photos), and we will relay the seller’s response when received.
If the seller is unresponsive or informs us they cannot ship, the order will be canceled and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a refund was already processed but you have not received the funds yet, the posting time depends on your card issuer/payment provider. Please verify the refund status with your original payment provider (and, if needed, Global Bunjang support).
