If you’ve received a coupon code from Delivered Korea, follow the steps below to easily register and apply your coupon.
Log In to Your AccountFirst, log in to your account at delivered.co.kr
Go to the Coupon Page From the ‘My page’ menu, navigate to the ‘Coupon’ page.
Enter Your Coupon CodeEnter your coupon code and click ‘Use.’ The coupon will be added to your account.
Note : You can also check the coupon details and expiration date on this page.
Delivered Korea offers different types of coupons.Some coupons are used during order checkout, and others are used during shipping checkout.See below for examples and instructions.
This coupon is exclusively for ‘We Buy’ orders.
How to use:
Go to the ‘We Buy & Ship’ section.
Find your order that is ready for payment and click ‘Add to Cart.’
Go to your cart, select the order, and click ‘Checkout.’
Available coupons will be listed—select the one you want to use.
Note : For detailed information about coupon policies, refer to our Terms of service.
This coupon is valid for Bunjang items only.
Important:If a minimum purchase amount is required, your order must meet this condition.For example, if the coupon requires a minimum purchase over $10, and your item costs $9.88, the coupon will not appear at checkout.
This coupon is applied at the shipping checkout stage and can be used to reduce your international shipping fees.
How to use:
After completing any additional shipping requests, go to the ‘Warehouse’ section.
Select your package and click ‘Checkout.’

Please remember to check the coupon’s expiration date before use.
If Shipping Checkout shows “No coupons available” (or your coupon discount shows as $0), check the following before contacting support.
Confirm the coupon is registered in My Page > Coupon, then proceed to Shipping Checkout and select the coupon on the overseas shipping payment page. (Many shipping coupons are not entered manually in a coupon field during checkout.)
Check the coupon status: “Redeemed” typically means the coupon has been claimed/downloaded to your account, not that it has already been used.
Review eligibility rules for shipping discount promotions: in many cases, the discount applies only to eligible purchases made through the Bunjang marketplace on the Delivered Korea website (e.g., Delivered Korea Store/Bunjang Shop orders). Purchases made directly through the Global Bunjang website may be excluded, so related coupons will not appear at Shipping Checkout for those packages.
For threshold-based shipping coupons (e.g., “5% off on $100+ / 10% off on $150+ / 15% off on $200+”), the qualifying amount is based on the combined value of eligible purchases under the promotion conditions, not the package subtotal, shipping fee, or ineligible store purchases.
Some promotions are limited to participating event stores. If your package items were not purchased from participating stores, the coupon may remain valid in your account but still not appear at Shipping Checkout.
Some promotions allow the qualifying amount to be met by multiple separate eligible purchases placed during the promotion period (not necessarily a single cart/checkout), as long as the promotion terms are satisfied.
Coupons must be applied before you complete international shipping payment. After payment is processed, coupons generally cannot be applied retroactively or used to adjust that payment.
The coupon may have a configuration/issuance issue (system error). In this case, support may need to reissue or replace the coupon.
To help us investigate quickly, share (1) a screenshot showing the coupon in My Page > Coupon and (2) a screenshot (or short screen recording) of the Shipping Checkout page where the coupon list shows empty.
Depending on the survey, the reward may be issued as a shipping coupon code or as DK Credits.
If you received a coupon code, register it in My Page > Coupon, then select it during Shipping Checkout on the overseas shipping payment page.
If you received DK Credits, you can use them when requesting/paying for shipment (they are not applied by selecting a coupon).
A coupon code is typically displayed on the survey completion page after submission. Keep the code so you can register it to your account.
If you are expecting a $5 new-customer shipping benefit, make sure you have completed membership registration on the Delivered Korea website. A Global Bunjang account alone may not be sufficient for the benefit to be issued and shown on your account/checkout.
Unused promotional coupons generally cannot be converted into DK Credits.
