Once your package is ready, you can submit a request for international shipping. This is the final step to have your items shipped to your overseas address.
Simply go to ‘My Page’ and select the package(s) you'd like to ship out, choose your preferred shipping method, and complete the payment process.
1. Please select the package in the [Warehouse] tab and proceed to checkout by clicking the checkout button to complete your payment.
2. Please enter your shipping address and select the preferred shipping carrier.
3. Please select your preferred payment method to complete the transaction.
If you have not saved your overseas shipping address yet, please register it first in My Page so you can select it during checkout.
Go to My Page > Shipping Address.
Select Add New Address, enter the details, and save.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date because warehouse processing time and carrier transit time can vary depending on volume and destination. If you need delivery within a specific window, we generally recommend submitting your international shipping request at least about one week in advance to allow buffer time.
The Shipping Calculator provides an estimated amount. Your final shipping checkout total can change after the warehouse completes packaging/handling (final weight and dimensions) and based on carrier conditions such as fuel surcharges. The amount shown at Shipping Checkout is the applicable final charge.
Depending on your payment method, the final charged amount may differ from a live market-rate conversion. Totals can reflect an internal exchange rate, payment/transaction processing fees, and applicable reference exchange rates, so the final card (or Alipay) charge may not match a simple spot conversion.
If you see an Extra Fee during Shipping Checkout, it is not necessarily an additional international shipping fee. In some cases, it can reflect service-related fees or additional amounts due from the purchase process (for example, per-order purchase service fees, or an agreed price difference/top-up during purchase). If you need confirmation of what it represents for your order, please check the fee details shown on the payment page and share a screenshot that includes the fee name and amount.
If the cost displayed when requesting international shipping looks abnormally high or incorrect, you can submit the delivery request using the “Ship to Korea” method first. After the order arrives at the warehouse, you can then request international shipping to your overseas address. You can also compare options using the Shipping Calculator as a reference.
If a seller ships the item to another person’s Delivered Korea suite, that person must have their own Delivered Korea account and suite number, and they will need to submit the international shipping request from their account after the package arrives.
