Packages that remain in Returned or Hold status without a shipping request or return request after a certain period of time may be classified as Long-Term Stored Packages.
To ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse and optimize storage capacity, Long-Term Stored Packages may be processed in accordance with this Policy.
Important: Delivered Korea does not store Packages indefinitely.
A Package will be classified as a Long-Term Stored Package if it remains in either of the following statuses beyond the storage period designated by Delivered Korea:
Returned
Hold
The storage period and classification criteria may be revised in accordance with our operational policies.
Long-Term Stored Packages are processed according to the following procedure:
A final notice is sent to your registered contact information.
A 14-day grace period begins on the date the final notice is sent.
If no response or required action is received within the grace period, the Package will be reviewed and approved through our internal process.
The Package may then be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our operational policies.
The final notice will be sent using your registered contact information through one or more of the following channels:
Email
Mobile phone (SMS or other applicable method)
In-service notification (where available)
Please ensure your contact information is always accurate and up to date.
The long-term storage procedure may still proceed if the final notice cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the user, for reasons such as:
Incorrect email address
Outdated contact information
Spam filtering
Opting out of communications
Failure to respond
Please keep your account information and contact details current at all times.
The following Packages may be excluded from the standard long-term storage process and handled separately:
Packages that must be retained under applicable laws or regulations
Packages subject to requests from investigative or administrative authorities
Packages involved in chargebacks, litigation, or other disputes
Packages requiring verification by customs or other competent authorities
Any other Packages that require separate management at the Company's discretion
The Company may consider the following factors when determining how a Package should be processed
Package type
Length of storage
Economic value
Safety considerations
Applicable laws and regulations
Whether any dispute or claim is pending
Operational necessity

Once a Package has been processed in accordance with this Policy, it may no longer be recoverable or possible to return.
If your Package is in Returned or Hold status, please submit a shipping request or return request as soon as possible.

Even if your Package qualifies as a Long-Term Stored Package, Delivered Korea will first send a final notice and provide a 14-day grace period before processing your Package through its internal procedures.

Delivered Korea may revise this Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws, operational requirements, or internal policies. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by other appropriate means.
