Order Status Guide

Here’s a quick guide to checking your order status at Delivered Korea.

Your “We Buy & Ship” order will go through several status stages as shown below.

Status

Description

Submitted

Your order request has been submitted.

Ready to Pay

The price quotation is ready. Please review and proceed with payment.

Paid

Payment received. We will purchase your item shortly.

Awaiting Response

We’ve contacted you via email(or Chat support) for additional information and are waiting for your reply.

Ordered

Your item has been purchased. We’re waiting for the seller to ship it to our Korea warehouse.

Warehouse

The item has been inspected and is now stored at our warehouse.

Status

Description

Ready to Pay

The order is pending payment or has been removed from your shopping cart.

Ordered

Payment completed and order request successfully submitted.

Awaiting Response

We’ve contacted you via email for additional information and are waiting for your reply.

Domestic Shipping Start

The seller has shipped your item. It is currently on its way to our Korea warehouse.

Warehouse

The item has been inspected and is now stored at our warehouse.

  • Orders in Ready to Pay status must be paid within 3 days. After that, they will automatically expire. If your order has expired, please create a new order.

  • Once payment is completed, your order status will automatically update as it progresses.

  • You cannot manually change the status, re-pay, or cancel the order payment is made.

  • If your order is in Paid, Ordered, or Domestic Shipping Start status, it is already being processed. If you attempt to re-add the same item to your cart and check out again, you may see an error message.
