Photo Service

Here’s how our photo request service keeps you informed

We’ve upgraded our Photo Service with more detailed options. Choose the level that best fits your needs:

  • Standard ($1.5) → Provides basic photos of your package, helping you identify which order or case it belongs to.

  • Premium ($4) → Includes detailed shots based on your selection.

Standard Photo Service

  • $1.5 per package, with 3-4 photos provided.

  • Includes wide-shot photos of the package exterior (outer box), shipping label, and full contents inside.

If items are sealed inside their original packaging, we will not open them. Photos will be taken as is, with the package sealed.

Premium Photo Service:

  • $4 per package, for any one of the following service options.

  • Can choose up to 2 options (max $8).

  • Up to 10 photos will be provided.

Details

Item Count Proof

  • Confirms the type and quantity of items inside your package. Includes wide shots grouped by category.

  • Photos will be organised and grouped by category.

  • If a package is unsealed for photography, we are not responsible for any box or packaging damage.

Detail Shot (Character/Signature)

  • Provides close-up shots of character designs, celebrity faces, or autographs.

  • Authenticity of autographs will not be verified.

  • We do not identify individual members or artists.

Print & Tag Check

  • Verifies the presence of prints, coupons, and tags for each item.

  • QR codes, barcodes, and serial numbers are not photographed in accordance with our policy.

Weight Confirmation

  • Provides verification of the package weight.

  • A photo of the package placed on a scale will be provided.

For Standard Inclusion, only the front side of magazine photocards will be photographed.If you would like photos of the sides or back, please use the Detail Shot option under Premium Inclusion, and the items will be uploaded in more detail.
