Track Your Order

After your payment is completed, we will process your order and arrange shipment according to the shipping method you selected.

Here’s how you can track your package:

You can access the tracking page in two ways: a. Go to Global Order > Order History.

  • If you already know your order number, enter it to track your order.

  • If not, select “Log In to View Order.”

b. Check your email.

  • A link to the order tracking page will be sent automatically once your payment is completed or your order status changes.

  • Under Order Detail, you will see the current status along with item details.

  • Click the “▼” icon to expand and view how the status has changed over time.

  • When the order status changes to “Shipping Overseas,” you will be able to see real-time tracking updates.
