Track Your Order
After your payment is completed, we will process your order and arrange shipment according to the shipping method you selected.
Here’s how you can track your package:
You can access the tracking page in two ways: a. Go to Global Order > Order History.
If you already know your order number, enter it to track your order.
If not, select “Log In to View Order.”
b. Check your email.
A link to the order tracking page will be sent automatically once your payment is completed or your order status changes.
Under Order Detail, you will see the current status along with item details.
Click the “▼” icon to expand and view how the status has changed over time.
When the order status changes to “Shipping Overseas,” you will be able to see real-time tracking updates.
