“Ship to Korea” means your items will first be delivered to your personal warehouse address provided by Delivered Korea.
You can use their storage service and optional warehouse services before forwarding your items overseas.
Afterward, you can select your preferred international shipping option to send them to your final address.
Here’s a quick guide on how it works:
Check your order details
Make sure the product options and quantities you selected on the shopping site are reflected correctly in your order form.
Choose your delivery Option - “ Ship to Korea”
This option allows you to send items to the personal warehouse address provided by Delivered Korea.

Log in to your Delivered Korea account
Log in to load your suite information.
If you don’t have a Delivered Korea account, click “Sign Up” to create one.
Review your shipping service
If you choose “Ship to Korea” as the shipping method, the shipping fee section will automatically display “My Korea Suite.”
Suite Delivery is a domestic delivery service from Korean shopping malls to the Delivered Korea warehouse—meaning no domestic shipping fees!
Select your payment method
Choose your preferred payment option. (Alipay payment service is available.)
View your orders
After logging in to Delivered Korea, the orders placed can be found on My Page.
Request shipment
If your orders are delivered to the warehouse (your suite), they will appear under the Warehouse menu in your account.
Tip: You could also order from other Korean online stores, send them to your suite, and ship them together by applying package consolidation. This helps you save on overseas shipping fees!
In some cases, the international shipping price shown on a shopping site (or during checkout) may be set by the seller and may not be adjustable. If the international shipping cost looks incorrect, submit your request using the “Ship to Korea” delivery method first.
Once your order arrives at your Delivered Korea suite/warehouse, request international shipping to your final address.
You can preview shipping options and an estimated cost using the Shipping Calculator. The calculator amount is an estimate, and the final charge can change after warehouse packaging/handling and carrier fuel surcharges.
If you pay in a foreign currency (for example, by Alipay or card), the final charged amount may differ from a simple KRW-to-USD conversion due to the applied exchange rate and payment processing fees.
