Delivered Korea provides 45 days of free storage from the date your package arrives at our warehouse. Please check your package’s free storage period and expiration date to avoid unnecessary storage fees.

Storage fees are calculated per package, per day. If multiple packages exceed the free storage period, storage fees for each package will be added together.

Consolidation is a service that combines multiple packages into one shipment. However, consolidation does not reset the storage period. Even if a new consolidated package ID is created, storage fees are still calculated based on the original warehouse arrival date of each sub-packages included in the consolidated package.

In this case, the total storage fee for the consolidated package is $60. Since 3 sub-packages has exceeded the free storage period, the storage fee will continue to increase by $3 per day until the package is shipped out.
While optional services such as inclusion, repackaging, or consolidation are in progress, the storage countdown is temporarily paused.
