Shipping Damage or Loss

  • Coverage may apply if products are damaged or lost during international shipping.

  • The received product is clearly different from the product page


Delivered Protection generally does not cover:

  • Product malfunctions

  • Electronics requiring functionality testing

  • Assembly-related issues

  • Cosmetic defects already visible on the product page

  • Authenticity or counterfeit-related claims

  • Minor packaging damage

  • Subjective color differences


Important Notes

  • Compensation requests must generally be submitted within 14 days after delivery

  • Exchanges or replacements are not provided

  • International shipping fees and customs duties may not be refundable

  • Compensation applies only to eligible Premium Handling orders
