There are two types of marketing functions.
One-time message: Send targeted marketing messages at one time to persuade your customers. (One-time messaging guide)
Campaign: Automate targeted marketing campaigns to occur multiple times. (Marketing Campaign guide)
Even if the customer is not on your site, you can still send the first message.
Announcements, New product releases, event news, and other notifications can be sent.
Press the [Send] button to send your message.
Possible to schedule the time & date.
Ability to send a message whenever a customer enters your website and takes a specific action.
Suitable for membership registration messages, first purchase after membership messages, etc.
Messages are sent automatically without clicking the [Send] button every time.
Possible to set a specific time to send a message.
If you’re setting up a marketing campaign for the first time, use marketing recipes to get started easily.
Channel Talk offers a variety of marketing recipes tailored to different objectives.
How to apply a recipe:
Go to [Marketing] > [Marketing Recipes].
Select a recipe that matches your campaign objective, such as ‘Encourage Purchase,’ ‘Encourage Sign-up.’
Click the [Use recipe] button to automatically apply the campaign settings.
You can review the applied campaign in [Campaign] > [All] and modify the message content or targeting conditions as needed before publishing.

Search recipes by keyword to quickly find the templates you need.
Receive automatic recipe recommendations based on your channel type and marketing goals.
In the recommended section, view the number of channels using each recipe and the average goal achievement rate.
The recipes displayed vary depending on the website builder company.
When linked with a specific website builder company, only recipes tailored to that builder are provided.
If not linked, Cafe24 recipes are prioritized for Korean channels, while Shopify recipes are prioritized for channels in other countries by default.
