Channel Profile Settings

Customize your channel's appearance by configuring the logo, name, and brand description. You can also manage the basic settings of the Channel Talk plugin in this section.

Manage your brand’s logo and image in this setting.

Does your site have a global reach? You can change what language shows depending on the user’s browser language settings. (→ Learn more about Foreign language support)

Set a cover image for your home to match the design of your brand and website. This can be one of your interaction channels with customers, showing your brand identity.

  • Formats: jpg, jpeg, png

  • Recommended size: at least 780x320px

Use this Notice field to notify customers of holiday hours or other important information that they need to be aware of at the top of the channel home.

Notices are shown as a banner at the top of every chat and can be up to two lines long.

In addition to your website’s Channel Talk widget, customers can also get a direct link to the Channel Talk lounge through a plugin link. You can edit your channel address to be anything you want.

Also, QR code is available for your channel plug-in link. You can display the QR code image for your retail store or direct customers to talk to you.

You can set your company’s phone number so that customers can reach you through voice with only a click of a button. All your customer needs to do is click the [chat using a different method] buttono.

You can input your website URL. You can edit the website link if the URL changes or gets deleted.

You can manage your channel’s country and time zone settings. The channel operation status changes according to the set time zone.
