You can manage your subscription details, such as renewal options, payment dates, and usage, from [Billing] - [Subscription]. In addition, you can check your current usage to monitor your billing amount.
Included usage
You can check the included usage in your current subscription plan.
Renewal Settings
By default, your plan subscription will automatically renew every month or year with the scheduled plan.
If you don't want to be charged automatically, you can turn off the subscription renewal.
To do this, navigate to Channel Settings > Billing > Subscription. From there, you can delete the Reserved plan.
If you turn off subscription renewal, your plan will be switched to the free plan when your current subscription ends.
Payment Date
Your payment date is set to the day you make your first payment.
When choosing a payment date, you can select a specific day from the 1st to the 27th. If you want the payment to be made after the 27th, please select "end of month."
If your first payment is made on the 28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st, your subscription date will be fixed to the last day of every month.
Example: If your first payment for the Early Stage plan occurs on July 29th:
A subscription period from July 29th to August 30th will be created, and you will be charged a prorated fee for 33 days ($39.60) (excluding VAT).
Calculation: ($36 / 30) * 33 = $39.60
The next payment will be on August 31st (the end of the month). From this point, a regular one-month subscription (August 31st to September 30th) will be created, and you will be charged the standard monthly plan fee ($36).
Changing Your Payment Date
You can change your payment date by navigating to Channel Settings > Billing > Subscription. Click on Payment Date and select your desired date.
After the change, your next payment date will remain the same as your old one, but the new subscription period will be adjusted to reflect the new payment date.
This means your subscription period and payment amount may change to accommodate the new date.
Example: What if you change your payment date from the 16th to the 26th on October 20th?
Your next payment date will still be November 16th. At that time, you'll be charged for the period from November 16th to December 25th (a total of 40 days).
The cost for MU and seats will be prorated for those 40 days.
Add-on service usage will be calculated based on the cumulative usage over the 40-day period.
On December 26th, a regular subscription will be created for the period from December 26th to January 25th.
You can see a summary of your usage by going to Channel Settings > Billing > Subscription > Current Usage. Clicking on each item will take you to a detailed dashboard.
Usage Period
Monthly Payment:
Usage is displayed from the current month's automatic payment date until the day before the next month's payment date. If you change your payment date in the middle of a subscription, the viewing period may be shorter or longer than one month.
Annual Payment:
Usage is renewed on a monthly basis, starting from your subscription start date. For example, if you started an annual subscription on October 9th, your first month is from October 9th to November 8th. The next monthly period would be from November 9th to December 8th.
This dashboard lets you see detailed usage for the current month. Check it often to manage your costs.
You can view usage, remaining prepaid usuage, and limits for both required and add-on features.
Monitor your estimated monthly postpaid amount based on your usage.
Usage for SMS and social media(KakaoTalk message) is calculated in PU (Price Units), so it shows the amount you need to pay, not the number of messages sent.
If you anticipate being charged for postpaid usage, you can save money by purchasing a prepaid usage in advance. (→ See how to prepay)
Current Usage: This section shows your usage history for the current month. Hover your mouse over an item to see more details.
[Limit Reached] will be displayed when you hit the usage limit. If postpaid charges have been incurred, it will be displayed as [Postpaid Charged].
Remaining Usage: This is the remaining amount you can use this month without incurring extra charges.
Remaining Prepaid Usage this month: This is the remaining prepaid balance you can use this month without incurring extra charges. Once this is used up, any excess will be charged postpaid.
Minimum limit: This is the minimum usage amount that will be consumed this month, even if you don't use it.
Limits: Displays the manual limit you've set or the system-defined limit. If this limit is exceeded, the corresponding feature will be stopped.
Expected Postpaid Bill: This is the estimated amount that will be charged as a postpaid fee on your payment date.
Usage or Integrations (SMS, social media[KakaoTalk message]) are not eligible for prepaid discounts and have no maximum or minimum usage limits.
System limits
This refers to the plan’s limits by system. See below for the limits of each plan.
If the system limit is exceeded, upgrading to a higher plan is required to continue using the service.
Early Stage | Growth | Enterprise
MU | Up to 3,000 | Up to 1,000,000 | Inquire Channel Team |
Basic Seats | Up to 10 | Up to 1,000 | Inquire Channel Team |
Operator Seats | Up to 5 | Up to 1,000 | Inquire Channel Team |
Manual limits
These are the limits you can set manually for each channel. Available for all plans.
By setting manual limits, you can ensure that each feature is only used within the usage you’ve set, allowing you to anticipate cost ranges.
Please note that the feature will be limited if your usage exceeds the monthly limit you set.
How to Set Manual Limits:
Under the Channel Settings > Billing > Subscription > Monthly Usage Limit, you can manage manual limits for MU, basic seats, operator seats, and add-ons.
If this month's usage exceeds the set limit, the corresponding feature will stop working.
Manual limits for MU, Basic Seats, and Operator Seats cannot be set higher than the system limits.
For Workflow, Customer ALF, Marketing Features, SMS/KakaoTalk Message, a slight error may occur if multiple users hit the limit at the same time.
You can change or delete your set limit anytime.
What Happens When the Limit is Exceeded:
MU: unable to view and manage older customers who have the oldest visit data if new customers are added
Basic seats: new managers cannot be invited to the channel
Operator seats: new managers cannot turn on the operator mode
Add-ons: stop actions/activations or sending messages
If the usage for Workflow, Customer ALF, or Marketing exceeds the set limit, they will not run or be sent.
If a Workflow or Customer ALF fails to execute, the customer will be connected to a live agent.
If the system limit is exceeded, only the exceeded feature will be limited, and other add-ons will continue to function normally.
You will be notified by email when the limit is exceeded.
You can check the usage history for each item from the previous month by navigating to: Channel Settings > Billing > Subscription > Past Usage.
You can filter by month and by type to gather only the data you want to review.

From the details screen, you can also check your total remaining usage and toggle Automatic Purchase Renewal on or off.
Discount Coupons
A discount coupon gives you a discount on your subscription fee, based on the coupon's specific terms.
The coupon's valid period begins on the day you register it and applies to all payments made during that time. Expired coupons cannot be reused.
If you have multiple coupons, they cannot be combined. The coupon with the highest discount rate will be applied automatically.
If you purchase a prepaid usage, you will have a minimum usage amount and a maximum usage amount (including the amount you can borrow) based on the amount you purchased.
Plan, MU, Seat, Workflow, Customer ALF, Marketing | SMS, KakaoTalk Message
Maximum Usage (including the amount you can borrow) | Monthly Usage x 2 | None |
Minimum Usage | Monthly Usage x 0.5 | None |
If you use up all of this month's usage during this month, you will automatically borrow from next month's usage.
You cannot turn the borrow function on or off. If you don't want to borrow, please set a manual monthly limit.
If you exceed the amount you can borrow, the overage will be charged postpaid.
Even if you have no usage this month, the minimum usage amount will be automatically deducted.
Example: If you purchase a prepaid usage for MU [monthly usage of 2,000 * 12 months]
The amount you can borrow is 2,000 and the minimum usage is 1,000.
If you use 4,500 of MU this month, 2,000 from your monthly usage will be deducted.
The remaining 2,000 will be deducted from the amount you can borrow.
The remaining 500 will be charged as a postpaid fee.
To adjust for the new payment date, your subscription period and billing amount will change.
Example: Changing your payment date from the 15th to the 2nd on March 20th
Your next payment will still be on April 15th. At this time, you'll be charged for the period from April 15th to May 1st (a total of 16 days).
The fees for MU and seats will be prorated for those 16 days.
Add-on service usage will be calculated based on the cumulative usage over the 16-day period.
On May 2nd, a regular one-month subscription will begin, covering the period from May 2nd to June 1st.
