Is there a cost associated to Documents?

You can create an unlimited number of articles on the free plan, but you can't publish them to your website. The paid plan gives you access to all of Document's features.

Can all agents edit documents?

  • Unless you've set roles for your channel, all users can create and edit documents.

  • Path to set roles: [Channel settings] - [Teammates] - [Role] - [Add a role].

  • Managers with roles that don't have the "Edit articles" permission can't create or edit spaces or articles.
