Manager Profile Settings
Customize the manager's profile by selecting an image that aligns with your brand identity or one that highlights your personality.
To adjust your profile and notification settings, simply click on the profile icon located on the left side of the channel manager and select "Manager Settings".
You have the option to create a visible profile for clients and managers.

The mobile phone number and email address you provided will be displayed on your manager's profile and may be visible to other managers.
You can add any additional information by clicking [+ Add New Information] in the Custom Info tab. Other managers can view the information you provide.
You have the option to choose whether or not to make your profile description, mobile phone number, and email visible to the public. If you choose to display all of this information publicly, your manager profile will appear as shown in the image below when viewed by a customer.
In case you choose to keep all information private, customers will not be able to access your manager profile by clicking on it in the chat window.
You have the option to respond to your customers using the channel profile instead of the manager's profile. You can use this feature if you want to maintain a consistent brand image
When using chat through the channel profile, hovering over the channel profile icon will display the manager's profile.
You can enable dark mode for both the customer screen and the manager screen. → Learn how to set the theme for the customer screen.
The dark mode will be applied according to your system settings, and it can be set to either a light theme or a dark theme. If you choose the option [According to system settings], the theme will follow the system settings of the manager's browser.
How can I disable the automatic startup of the Channel Talk app?
For Windows: Click on Channel Talk button at the top left of the screen, then select "Run Channel Talk PC app" and uncheck "Register as a startup program".
For Mac: Click on the Channel Talk button at the top left of the screen, then uncheck "Run at startup".
