The necessary setup steps before using Lansmart by SmartHR are summarized here.
Account registration is required to use Lansmart by SmartHR for the first time. You can complete the registration by entering your email address and password on the account registration page or by linking to your Google account.
In Lansmart by SmartHR, the company creates a group and invites employees and partners there to manage contracts, purchase orders, and business reports and invoicing by linking them to the group.
Therefore, the company owner or group owner will send an invitation email to the group where the actual work will be performed. Please register your user account via the link in that email.
An invitation email with the subject line of “[Lansmart by SmartHR] You have been invited.” will be sent to you, and please click the URL in the text to register your account. The email address which was invited is written, so please confirm it. *Note that you cannot register an account using an email address that was not invited.
The user registration form page will appear. Since your email address will already be entered, set a password of your choice, check the box to “Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and provision of electronic records in subcontract transactions,” and click the “User Registration” button.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
【For user registration using a Google account】
Click the “User Registration with Google” button, enter your Google email address, and click “Next” button.
Enter the password associated with that Google email address.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Click the “Verify your email address” button in the confirmation email you have received in your inbox.
After successful email verification, the following screen will appear, and you will be redirected to the login page.
You will then be redirected to the page to register your basic information. Please fill in the required fields.
Enter your full name. *The registered username will be shown on purchase orders and invoices.
Select whether you are an individual or a company.
If you have a qualified invoice issuer registration number, enter it (You can proceed without registering this number.)
If you enter a qualified invoice issuer registration number, click “Verify the number.” The “name or business name retrieved based on the registration number” will be displayed. Confirm that it is correct.
Select the option for “Non-resident and providing services overseas.”
* The information can be updated later.
After entering the required information, click the “Register” button at the bottom right to complete registration.
Once the registration is complete, a message of “Basic information registration completed” will be displayed. After 3 seconds, you will be redirected to the business reports and invoices list.
Once the page switches to the business reports and invoices list, your account registration is complete. We recommend bookmarking the URL. *Since the URLs of Lansmart by SmartHR vary depending on user companies, they will not show up in Google search results, etc. Please bookmark the URL and log in from there from now on.
After logging in, if you want to log out, click your name under the Lansmart by SmartHR logo at the top left. The “Logout” option will appear; click it to log out.
