If you would like us to consolidate and prepare your packages for shipping, feel free to request for packing service. As part of our standard procedure, we consolidate all selected packages into one (or multiple boxes, if necessary) in order to reduce shipping costs. The consolidation fee is 1,500 KRW per selected package.

For safety reasons, if the weight or volume exceeds 25-30kg, the package may be split into two or more boxes. Should you have any specific preferences or requests, kindly leave a note in the designated section. Our packing team will make every effort to accommodate your instructions, though please note that some requests may not always be feasible.

  • Free 45-day storage, 1,500 KRW/box/day thereafter

  • Items stored for more than 3 months without being claimed may be disposed of.

  • Free package photos on arrival

  • Free pre-packing video/photo of the before-packing for forwarding

  • Free premium packing (extra bubbles, protective cases for photocards)

  • Prompt answers to inquiries regarding your packages in the warehouse

Additional fees may be billed for:

  • Consolidation: 1,500 KRW per package (from the second package and on). For example, a forwarding request of 5 packages will have a consolidation fee of 6,000 KRW

What is shown in the packing unboxing video?

Our packers will open the packages and briefly show the items. Item quantity or POBs may not be clearly shown. Packers are expected to notify our customers of any visually identifiable damages. However, since the forwarding video is provided without charge, packers are not obligated to report damages that are hard to detect within the bubble wrap or other packaging materials.

Why can’t I see my package in the request form?

The package may not have been stored after requesting another service, or the item information has not yet been input.

When do I need to pay?

After the unboxing is finished, you can complete the payment via the My charges page. You may complete the payment anytime before requesting for shipping.

Can I have some items disposed of during the packing process?

Yes, we can dispose of items during the packing process if it is able to be easily taken care of. However, if the request is considered to be similar to inclusion service, such as opening sealed items, etc., this will not be possible.

How long does it take to complete my packing request?

It will normally take 3-5 business days. However, there may be a delay due to the high volume of requests.

Can I cancel/dispose of a finished packing request?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel a finished package request. If you wish for it to be disposed of, this can be done. Please send us a message on Kakao or via the chat bubble on our home page.

How many days can I store my consolidated package?

The free storage will be 45 days. Starting day 46, there will be a 1,500 KRW fee per extra day stored. After 90 days, your package may be disposed of.
