What is Packing?

If you would like us to consolidate and prepare your packages for shipping, feel free to request for packing service. As part of our standard procedure, we consolidate all selected packages into one (or multiple boxes, if necessary) in order to reduce shipping costs. What packing type should I choose?

We currently provide 3 different packing options: Standard, K-Packet, and domestic. For standard shipping, we give you the option to choose your preferred carrier between FedEx and UPS. K-Packet is a more affordable service that takes more time to be delivered. The domestic option should only be chosen when you want your package to be shipped to another address in Korea. Vacuum Service

Vacuum service is mainly for but not limited to items such as plushies, dolls, and clothes to reduce the volume. The price for this service will be 6,500 KRW per bag used. You will see this option when submitting a request form for packing. Priority Packing Service

Our packers try their best to complete packing requests as soon as possible. However, if there is a high volume of requests, the process may be delayed several days. Priority packing service expedites the packing process, ensuring your package is packed before other requests. The invoice will be sent within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. How can I check the weight of my package?

You can estimate the weight of the final packed product via the packing request form. Simply select the packages you'd like consolidated and refer to the automatically calculated total weight.

Why was my request split into 2 (or more) forwarding packages when I only requested one?

For safety reasons, if the total weight exceeds 25-30kg, the package may be split into two or more boxes. The split will be based on the total weight and volume of all packages in the request. If you'd prefer the package to be split according to its items, you can request for split package service.
