This Content Creation and Operation Policy (the "Content Policy") sets the standards for creating characters, stories, personas, images, and other Content on RIRU. It forms part of the RIRU Terms of Service and applies together with the Community Guidelines. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
You may create characters, stories, worldviews, personas, and related settings, and generate images, text, and audio with them, for your own use. Publishing — making your creations available to other users — is not currently offered on this Service (Terms of Service, Article 10(9)). The content you can interact with, other than your own creations, is provided by the Company.
Private does not mean unmoderated. All Content, including creations used only by you, is subject to the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, and this Content Policy, and may be screened, moderated, or removed (Terms of Service, Article 18).
All characters that appear in any romantic or sexual context must be unambiguously adults (18+).
A character is treated as a minor if any signal indicates it — stated or implied age, body descriptions, school-age settings or uniforms, childlike speech or behavior, or "ageless"/"1,000-year-old but looks young" framings used to evade this rule. Art style is not a defense.
Any sexual depiction of a minor or minor-presenting character is a zero-tolerance violation (Community Guidelines, Section 2), even in private creations, and results in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reports to authorities.
Do not create characters that imitate, impersonate, or are recognizably based on real people — celebrities, politicians, streamers, private individuals, or anyone else — including through names, photos, voices, or distinctive personal details.
Do not upload photographs or voice recordings of real people — even with their consent, including your own. Sexual or intimate depictions of real people are likewise prohibited in all cases (Community Guidelines, Section 2).
Clearly labeled non-commercial parody or public commentary may be permissible within the limits of applicable law, but never in romantic, sexual, or defamatory contexts.
Only use material you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload or recreate third-party copyrighted characters, artwork, story text, or trademarks (including well-known characters from games, anime, films, or novels).
You warrant that your creations do not infringe any third party's rights, and you bear responsibility for disputes arising from them (Terms of Service, Articles 10(5) and 17(6)).
RIRU is a 2D-only service. All character images, profile images, and generated imagery must be in a 2D illustrated (drawn/anime-style) art style.
Photorealistic, live-action-like, or 3D-rendered depictions of people are prohibited, whether uploaded or generated, and attempts to prompt the AI into producing photorealistic human imagery are treated as violations.
This applies in all modes, including adult mode (Firewall OFF).
Character names, descriptions, and profile images must not contain slurs, hate symbols, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates this Policy on its face.
Do not use names or descriptions designed to deceive (for example, impersonating RIRU staff or system messages).
Creating or engaging with adult-themed Content is permitted only in Firewall OFF mode, which requires KYC verification (18+, or the age of majority where you live, if higher) through our provider, Didit.
Adult mode permits fictional adult themes between clearly adult characters. It never permits: sexual content involving minors or minor-presenting characters; depictions of real people; non-consensual scenarios presented as endorsed or glorified; sexual violence presented approvingly; or content facilitating illegal acts (Community Guidelines, Sections 2–4).
Do not attempt to obtain prohibited content by rephrasing, slang, coded language, roleplay framing, or other evasion techniques. Attempts count as violations even if the system blocks the output.
The full list of prohibited content and conduct is set out in the Community Guidelines (Sections 2 and 3) and the Terms of Service (Articles 20, 25, 30, and 31), and applies to everything you create, upload, or generate. In summary, the following are prohibited in any creation: sexual content involving minors; exploitation or depiction of real people; illegal-activity facilitation; self-harm or suicide promotion; hate or discrimination; excessive graphic violence outside clearly fictional context; IP infringement; and deception, fraud, or malware.
Screening. We use automated systems (AI filters, keyword and pattern analysis) and human review to detect violating Content, including in private creations, solely for the purpose of detecting and preventing violations of law or our policies (Terms of Service, Article 18(3)).
Measures. Violating Content may be blocked at generation, removed, or blinded without prior notice. Depending on severity and history, account-level measures follow the enforcement ladder in the Community Guidelines (Section 8). Incentive recovery and refund restrictions may apply under the Terms of Service (Articles 15, 16, and 33).
Appeals. You may appeal moderation decisions within 14 days via support@riru.ai; we respond within 30 days (Terms of Service, Article 33).
No endorsement. Screening or non-removal of any Content does not constitute the Company's endorsement or a warranty of that Content.
You retain the rights you hold in your creations, and you grant the Company the license described in the Terms of Service (Article 17) for purposes such as providing, operating, improving, promoting, and researching the Service. The Company does not use your creations for commercial purposes outside the Service without your prior approval (Terms of Service, Article 17(4)).
If the Company introduces publishing features, publishing will be subject to a prior review (approval) process and additional standards announced at that time, including originality and non-infringement certification. Review will not constitute an endorsement or warranty of reviewed Content (Terms of Service, Article 10(9)).
