[Notice] Upcoming Update to Minimum Supported Version of the Mobile SDK

Target: Channels with mobile apps currently using Channel Talk SDK version 10.x.x or 11.x.x

Starting late July 2025, the minimum supported version of our mobile SDK will be raised to version 12 and above. To ensure stable use of Channel Talk, please check your current SDK version and update to the latest version before support ends.

Deadline: By Thursday, July 31, 2025End of Support: Support will end for mobile SDK versions 10.x.x and 11.x.x

Steps:

1. Ask your development team to check the SDK version currently used in your app.

2. If you're using SDK v10.x.x or v11.x.x, please share the appropriate guide below and request an update to the latest version:

Impact if not updated:After the minimum version update, SDKs below v12.0.0 may experience limited functionality or may not work properly.
