[Notice] Message Editing Release – SDK Update Recommended (Mar 19, 2026)
On March 19, 2026, we will release a new feature that allows team members to edit their own messages. Edited messages will be marked with “(edited)”. The message editing feature will work normally in mobile environments (iOS / Android / React Native) as well. 2026-02-27[Notice] Callback Outbound Number Setting Update (Feb 13, 2026)
Target: Channels using two or more Channel Talk phone numbers We’d like to inform you of an upcoming change to how outbound numbers are saved when making callback calls. ◼︎ Effective Date - February 13, 2026 (Fri) ◼︎ What’s Changing Previously, when making a callback from a specific call screen, the number used for that call would also update the default outbound number setting. With this update, making a callback will no longer affect your default outbound number setting. Target Audience: All Channel Talk channels As the chat analytics features provided under the Operation menu continue to be enhanced, the menu name will be changed to “Analytics” to make its purpose more intuitive. Target Audience: Channels using email integration with the Channel Talk inbox Starting Thursday, January 15, 2026, Channel Talk will strengthen its policy limiting high volumes of incoming emails.
