24.9.26 Payment update (Introduction of lump-sum payment)

The service billing structure has been reorganized as previously announced.

Lump-sum payments have been newly released. Instead of subscribing you can now pay for certain periods (1 day, 3days, N months) and we will inform you of any important policies and precautions.

A one-time payment plan (1 day, 3 days, N months) and payment methods have been added.

  • For short-term use, such as events (1-3 days), the pricing has been adjusted so that you do not have to pay the full 30-day fee.

  • If you wish to use it for a specific period (N months), you can make a payment for N months instead of a subscription.

The maximum number of concurrent users in free spaces has been changed from 20 to 10.

If more than 10 people are using the ZEP Space, access will be restricted from the 11th user onwards, and a paid subscription is required for additional access.

Please refer to the guide below for plan payment.

  • Subscription Policy Changes

Spaces with monthly or annual subscriptions cannot be changed to a one-time payment plan such as 1 day, 3 days, or N months.

You can make one-time payments after your current plan has completely expired.

  • One-time payment plan (1 day, 3 days, N months) policy

    • Notes: Note: One-time payment plans (1 day, 3 days, N months) cannot be downgraded (decreasing the number of users or changing from Pro plan to Basic).

    • How upgrade charges are calculated

      1. 1-day and 3-day plans: An additional payment for the upgrade amount corresponding to the entire usage period (1 day or 3 days) will be required.

      2. N-month plan: An additional payment for the upgrade amount based on the remaining usage period within the N months will be required.

For the N-month usage plan, the method of calculating the plan expiration date is different from the regular subscription.

  1. Subscription payment cycle: 30 days

  2. The expiration date after using for N months: It expires the day before the same date of the starting month.

    1. Example: If you pay for 2 months starting from October 2nd, your plan will expire on December 1st.

    2. If there is no corresponding date for the payment day in a given month (e.g., the 31st), the payment will be made on the last day of that month.

It is not possible to pay for more than 300 people with a subscription payment or a one-time N-month payment plan.

If 300 or more large-scale users use it, we will help you purchase a plan via inquiry with the sales team so that you can use an appropriate amount according to your budget or purpose of use.

  1. Can I prepay multiple lump-sum payments in advance for a single Space to exhaust the year-end budget?

You cannot proceed with multiple lump-sum payments simultaneously on the payment page.

If you want to use the budget for a long-term use of N months, or if you want to add multiple lump-sum payment plans for non-overlapping periods, please contact us.

  2. It may take about 2 minutes to verify the deposit to prevent fraudulent transactions when depositing into a virtual account.

If the plan does not change after the deposit, please contact us.

  3. An advance notification email has been added 7 days before the subscription payment.
