Once a package has been shipped, changing the delivery address is generally not possible. If you need to update your address:
Contact your local transport company immediately and inform them of your request.
Alternatively, visit the official website of your local carrier for further assistance regarding address changes.
As long as all required address information is provided, we will print the shipping label using the delivery address exactly as you entered it (including Address 1/Address 2 and other fields you filled in).
Before generating the label, please review the address carefully to ensure that no required information is missing.
Address 1 is limited to a maximum of 35 characters. This limit exists because some carriers may be unable to print the shipping label if the address exceeds the character limit.
Enter any remaining address details in the Address 2 field.
If the full address still does not fit across Address 1 and Address 2, we cannot make exceptions—please use another valid address or shorten the address while keeping the essential information.
