International Shipping Fees

Here’s how shipping fees are calculated at Delivered Korea.

Shipping fees are based on the greater value between the actual weight and the dimensional weight of your package.

Dimensional weight is calculated as:

(Length × Width × Height)÷5000

The final shipping cost depends on your destination and whichever weight (actual or dimensional) is higher. To check available shipping methods and estimated costs,

Korea Post K-Packet (Availability & Limits)

K-Packet is designed for small international parcels and is available only when your package meets all requirements below.

  • Weight limit: up to 2 kg (based on the billable weight used at checkout, which is the higher of actual weight and dimensional weight).

  • Destination eligibility: K-Packet is available only for supported countries. If it does not appear in the Shipping Calculator or at checkout, it is unavailable for that destination/package and cannot be enabled manually.

  • Package size/packing: Even if items are light, protective packaging (e.g., for posters) can increase dimensions and dimensional weight, which may make K-Packet unavailable. Repacking/unboxing may reduce size, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • Restricted items: K-Packet has stricter restrictions than other carriers and generally does not accept food, perfume/diffusers, lithium-battery devices (phones, laptops, tablets, wireless earbuds), power banks/standalone batteries, AA/AAA/cell batteries, used phones, candles, and gas/compressed spray products. Some medical devices, glasses/sunglasses, and contact lenses may be accepted only in limited cases. For shipments to the U.S., cosmetics are not accepted via K-Packet.

  • Package splitting: Once items are registered together as one package, we cannot split it into multiple packages to use K-Packet.

  • The shipping fee does NOT include customs duties and taxes.

  • These additional charges are imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon import.

  • We have no control over customs fees, as they are determined solely by your local customs office.

Shipping to the U.S.? Prepaid Duties & Taxes options are now available. [Learn More]
