For Global Registered Airmail/ePacket shipments, please note that international delivery can take several weeks due to routing and customs procedures. A typical timeline is as follows:

  1. Day 1–2: Your package is accepted in the origin country.

  2. Day 2–3: It departs from the export office.

  3. Day 2–4: It undergoes export customs clearance.

After export, tracking updates might pause until the package reaches the next hub:

  1. Day 4–10: Arrival at the destination’s sorting facility.

  2. Day 10–15: Pending import customs clearance.

  3. Day 15–30: Domestic transportation and last-mile delivery occur.

If your package is not delivered by Day 60, it may be returned to the sender or considered missing. If you’re worried about a delay, please contact your local carrier for expedited assistance.
