ALF v2 Transition Schedule Announcement
2025-10-31: ALF v2 will be officially released.
2025-11-28: Use of ALF v1 will be discontinued, and only ALF v2 will be available.
ALF v2 is an upgraded AI agent that goes beyond simply answering questions to actually handling tasks. While the ALF v1was capable of answering questions by finding information written in documents like FAQs or articles, ALF v2 takes it a step further by supporting task (work) processing.
For example, if a customer says, "I want to cancel my order," it doesn't just guide them on the method; it can immediately proceed with actions like processing the cancellation, accepting a return request, or changing a reservation.
With ALF v2's innovative Agentic Search technology, you get end-to-end chat automation. The system identifies the customer's intent, gathers information proactively, and seamlessly executes the solution.
Previously, the 'Command' feature required customers to manually process actions within the UI, and developers had to custom-build complex flows and screen implementations.
ALF v2 changes everything with Tasks. Now, the system can automatically process actions, much like a person would manually ask and decide. These Tasks can be built and run directly from the settings screen. Furthermore, even complex logic can be implemented by a junior-level developer, significantly reducing the development burden.
Previously, ALF v1 could only source answers from documents like registered FAQs or articles within the channel.
Now, the knowledge scope is vastly expanded to include diverse sources such as Excel files, and PDFs. You can also manage these resources by folder to precisely define the response range for different inquiries. As a result, customers receive more accurate and precise answers tailored to their specific situation.
Coming Soon:
We will be expanding the knowledge scope even further to incorporate various resources such as Google spreadsheets, and websites.
In ALF v1, the same role description was applied to all situations, making detailed, flexible responses difficult.
ALF v2 introduces the ability to set filters for each individual rule, allowing you to customize rules for specific scenarios.
