Set Your Greetings
It is important that you have a welcome message as soon as the customer wants to talk. You can greet your customers by managing your greeting message that matches your brand’s aesthetic.
By setting a greeting message, your customers will see it when they click the "Start a new chat" button. To set your greeting message, go to [Channel settings] - [Chat] - Greetings].
Is your business international? You can tailor your greeting message to whatever language you prefer. French, Japanese, Arabic, whatever language you want you can add and personalize. (→ Learn more about Foreign Language Support)
The welcome message is automatically changed based on the browser language of the customer.
