③ Initial Setup: Registration Form Settings

You can try the app for free on development stores.

For stores that are already live, please select a pricing plan before proceeding with the setup.

*Before configuring the registration form, you must first create the customer metafields for the customer information you would like to collect.

After installing the app, navigate to the Registration Form Settings page.

You can add form fields from here.

(Note: If you want to add metafield fields, please make sure the corresponding customer metafields have been created in advance.)

You can edit each field from here.

You can reorder the fields from here.

Select the settings that best fit your store's requirements.

After making any changes, be sure to click the Save button.

Under General Settings, configure the following options:

• Registration Form Display Timing (Before Login / After Login)

Note: The beta version currently supports Dawn/Rise, Horizon-based themes, and Prestige. We can also provide custom integration code, so if you would like to use the app with a different theme, please contact us.

Go to Online Store → Customize to open the theme editor.

Enable the app block.

Select the theme you would like to apply the form to here.

If your theme is not listed, please contact us. We can assist with integrating the app into your theme.

Then click Save.

Verify that the form is displayed correctly on the theme where the app block has been enabled.

• Registration Form [Before Login]

For new customers, the registration form will be displayed before the login screen.

• Registration Form [After Login]

For new customers, the registration form will be displayed after customer authentication.
